MFL

At Crockerne we are committed to creating a sense of self in our children, preparing them for the wider world. Intercultural Understanding is developed through our REAL projects, which challenge, inspire and above all cultivate a love of learning. As a Fair Trade School, we celebrate our associated links with the community, instilling in the children an understanding of equality for all, and the part they can play in the movement.  MFL ( French) is taught in a fun and engaging way, through songs, games and stories, with learning outcomes based on the KS2 Programme of Study.  

We use Language Angels as a learning resource, which provides interactive teaching materials, pre-recorded using native speakers, covering a wide variety of topics.  We aim to ensure that every child has a real opportunity to start learning and develop a passion for a foreign language.
